With the collaboration of the Marc Bloch University of Strasbourg / UFR Arts and the Biennial of Cetinje
The Marc Bloch University of Strasbourg and Apollonia are launching the first Summer University devoted to artistic exchanges between France and the countries of Eastern Europe. This is a part of Europe which is going through historical, economic and social transformations, and is the scene of a fabulous artistic and cultural effervescence.
The Summer University has two objectives: to encourage and strengthen contacts in order to create sturdy and long-lasting bridges between the various countries, and to prepare institutions, organisations and individuals for the creation of solid multilateral cultural partnerships.
The programme is split over two one-week sessions - one in Strasbourg, the other in Cetinje (Federal Republic of Yugoslavia-Montenegro), and will involve students and speakers from all over Europe.
